The lack of respect for the staff members of this campus (especially those who work in custodial services and dining services) I have seen is appalling. Not to mention, most of those workers are black and are treated horribly by some of the student body. There is an alarming lack of black professors at CMU, but the majority of the low-paid, undervalued workers at CMU are black.
